His work strives to transform the ways in which we view our relation to Nature. Andrew was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He holds a BFA from Parsons The New School for Design as well as the 2013 Vera List Writing Award.
My time at SFAI allowed me to incubate thoughts, projects, and processes. The residents were very inspiring to be around and the monthly meetings allowed for constructive critiques. I appreciated the Land Arts of the American West program at UNM and the Art + Ecology department for the admirable work they are producing. I can’t wait to see how SFAI and Santa Fe evolve with new ideas and contemporary art.
