RFQ — Envisioning the Midtown Campus

The Santa Fe Art Institute (SFAI), in partnership with the City of Santa Fe, announces a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select up to five (5) design and planning teams to envision the future of the campus of the Santa Fe University of Art and Design (“Midtown Campus”).

RFQ submittals are due via email by 11:59 pm MT on Thurs, Feb 15.  Contact SFAI if you have any problems accessing the RFQ, via the link below, at info@sfai.org. PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN FILE SIZE: Submittals must not exceed 20 MB in file size. For more information visit the City of Santa Fe’s website

A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting was held February 1 at the Santa Fe Art Institute, you can download the notes and questions from this meeting below. Note that additional submitted questions will be added to this document following the February 9 deadline.
